I thought the sleep eq pill was easy to swallow (sublingual under the tongue) and affordable. No funky taste or smell. Effectiveness I'll rate it an 8.5. No groggy fog the next morning, no over sleeping bc you were konked out, repairs access to the pineal gland by supporting restorative sleep, resetting your circadian rhythm for less sleepless nights and a better mood and outlook.

I’ve had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember. Working internationally across time zones didn’t help the chronic problem, and I tried all kinds of pharmaceutical and supplemental solutions, only to experience side effects like a metallic taste in my mouth the next day or mental fog that comes with typical sleep aids.
These guys have created a product that's just as sedative as the top three butterfly commercial pharmaceuticals, but the next morning, you don’t feel like you’ve been chloroformed, nor do you have any strange tastes or smells. It feels like true rest, like when you finally sleep after being really tired and nobody wakes you up all night. I was impressed the next morning by how much better I felt, and this really seems like a legitimate solution to a very real problem.

For me... I don't really get all of the benefits. I think it does some help, but I've had better results with taking magnesium and indica gummies

When I take two of these tablets at bedtime, I feel drowsy so that I can wind down and fall asleep. The instructions suggest letting the tablets melt underneath your tongue. They have a light fruity taste, which I like. I felt like one capsule wasn’t enough. I needed to take two in order to get the desired result. overall it’s a good product and it seems to work.

I have had a amazing experience with SleepEQ
For years I haven't had a goodnight sleep
I tried SleepEQ not expecting much
But after taking it for 3 Days I have been sleeping well without waking up at night

It's a nice alternative to others like over the counter melatonin, Benadryl ect. Not as potent as I hoped but good in general.
