Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with SleepEQ. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process and deliver orders placed on sleepeq.co.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 12pm (noon) Pacific Time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by location and shipping method.
  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)
  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days depending on destination.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
  • SleepEQ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or factors outside our control.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • SleepEQ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
  • If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@sleepeq.co and we’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
