Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your SleepEQ purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a refund, products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Final sale or clearance products.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@sleepeq.co within 7 days of delivery.
5. How to Start a Return
- Email support@sleepeq.co with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Ship the product back in secure packaging.
- Once received, we’ll process your refund or exchange as outlined above.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe:
Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund posts.
