Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 1, 2025
SleepEQ offers subscription plans (“Subscriptions”) for automatic product deliveries, so you never miss a night of rest. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how billing is handled, and how you can manage or cancel your plan.
1. Subscription Billing
- By enrolling in a Subscription, you authorize SleepEQ to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency chosen (e.g., monthly, every 2 months).
- The amount charged will be the subscription price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping.
- Your subscription will automatically renew until you cancel.
2. Payment Methods
- A valid credit card or other accepted payment method is required to maintain your subscription.
- If payment fails, we may attempt to process it again or contact you to update your payment details.
3. Managing Your Subscription
- You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account on sleepeq.co or contacting us at support@sleepeq.co.
- Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
4. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees.
- If you cancel after your payment has been processed, your order will still ship and no refund will be issued for that shipment. Future orders will be canceled.
5. Refunds on Subscriptions
- Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of defective or incorrect products (see our Refund & Returns Policy).
6. Price Changes
- We may update subscription pricing at any time. If we do, we will provide advance notice to the email on file.
- Continued participation in the subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of the new price.
