2. Payment Timing
- One-Time Purchases: Your payment method will be charged immediately at checkout.
- Subscriptions: Your payment method will be automatically charged on the billing schedule you select (see our Subscription & Cancellation Policy).

4. Order Confirmation
- After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email.
- If we cannot process your payment, your order will not be completed, and you may need to update your payment method.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
- If your payment method is declined, you remain responsible for any amounts due.
- For subscriptions, we may attempt to reprocess your payment or contact you to update your details.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- By making a purchase, you agree to contact us first at support@sleepeq.co to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Refunds
- Refunds, when applicable, will be issued in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
8. Security
All transactions on our Site are encrypted and processed through secure payment gateways. SleepEQ does not store your full payment information.
